Users of the Services offered by Wine Club Tuscany acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
Wine Club Tuscany is an online service for the sale of wine and other alcoholic beverages.
This document is a legal agreement between you, the User, and the entity providing Wine Club Tuscany. It governs your use of the online properties and, in any case, for the use of the services provided.
In order to use our wine club, you must read this Agreement carefully and agree to accept the same by clicking the button for its acceptance.
Registered Users can cancel their accounts and stop using the Service at any time, by directly contacting the Wine Club Tuscany.

- To send by email, or home address, sms, phone calls, newsletter, commercial information or periodic advertisements about promotions, products and services offered by our wine club, and to determine the level of satisfaction on the quality of our services

Orders are subject to the discretionary acceptance of the offer, proposed by the Wine Club Tuscany Users need to select the offer and complete the check-out, after having attentively verified the information in the order. The order is placed by the confirmation of the same, and is subject to payment of the price, taxes and shipping and further payment fees indicated in the order summary. The order shall be confirmed at the time the Order Confirmation is sent by the Owner to the email address provided by the User. The Order is completed in accordance with the details specified on the order summary page and within the Order Confirmation email, subject to availability of the product ordered. The Owner shall not be liable for damages suffered as a result of delays in delivery which are not dependent on circumstances foreseen by the parties at the time of the order confirmation.
Methods of Payment & Pricing
Wine Club Tuscany accepts payment by credit card, including, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Stripes . All prices are listed including VAT.
Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on orders made by the member of Wine Club Tuscany. Shipping times depends on the wines chosen.
Our orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
Bottles will be dispatched in cartons suitable for transportation in order to ensure the security of the shipment.
All the parcels are delivered by UPS Express Courier with variable delivery time depending on the final destinations.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Depending on the shipping company, dispatch will normally take 10-15 business days from order. As soon as the parcel is given to the courier we’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress by accessing the tracking page of the courier following the link we will provide.
Deliveries are made during normal business hours at the address indicated by the User and in the manner specified in the order summary. Upon delivery, the User must verify the contents specifying any anomalies in the delivery form. In case of failure to collect the products by the deadline set by the carrier, the products will be returned to the Owner, who will refund the purchase price. The Owner cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the User, for any damage occurring to products after delivery to the carrier company where arranged by the User or for delays in delivery attributable to it. The shipping company will try to make the dispatches of the order three times, afterthat the order turn back to Italy and in this case you need to pay the shipment. The value of the order is completely covered by the insurance of the shipping Company Logistics srl

If, for whatever reason, you should receive a damaged bottle, please contact our mail info explaining the nature of the damage. Our customer care agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
In the event of broken or damaged goods, we might request that you send us the bottle by mail and/or an image of it along with a description of the damage by e-mail, such that we might prevent future inconveniences of the like. If you wish to receive a refund for damaged merchandise, we ask that you follow these steps:
- Send your request for refund along with a brief explanation within 14 days from receipt of your order.
Users who make a purchase through Wine Club Tuscany, moreover, declare the person who will receive the delivery of the purchased products to be also adult according to the applicable legislation. All personal payment information is encrypted to ensure maximum data protection and security. Furthermore personal information is protected against all types of fraud.
Changes to these Terms
The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, informing Users by publishing a notice within the web site of Wine Club Tuscany.
